Reporting to: School Business Manager and Headteacher
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and highly organised individual to join our friendly and supportive team. Working in a busy office environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the school and the focal point for parent enquiries, either face-to-face or by telephone/email. Excellent administrative, interpersonal skills and a positive disposition are essential.
There is also the opportunity to combine this role with an additional role of Clerk to the Governing Body. As Clerk, you will be required to minute meetings (which take place before school and in the evening), prepare agendas and associated paperwork, and provide advice on governance matters and procedures. The hours of work are flexible but will need to be fitted in with the Governing Body’s requirements. You will be paid for 4 hours per week, but some weeks you may work over these hours and other weeks you will work less.
