There is a school bus from Grantchester every morning to school and every afternoon back to Grantchester. Free bus passes can be obtained from Cambridgeshire County Council for Grantchester residents. Children going home on the Grantchester School Bus are escorted to the bus stop by a bus escort who also ensures they board safely.
