At Barton C of E (VA) Primary School, we believe that actions speak louder than words! Our vision for the way we conduct all aspects of school life and our relationships and decision making throughout the day is based on the Bible text from Matthew 7:12 ‘Do to others, whatever you would like them to do to you’.
Our school value cross summarises the values we hold most dear, identified and shared by our whole community. To ensure these values are a lived and meaningful experience for everyone who works, learns and visits Barton, we focus on one of our six main values each half term. At a level that is appropriate for each class, children seek to find ways of showing they understand the meaning of each value through carrying out specific related actions.
