As a Church of England Primary School, we seek to prepare children for their future life through an understanding and knowledge of Christianity. We have a close and mutually supportive relationship with the local Churches. We have developed a school ethos which stresses the importance of caring and sharing and the quality of personal relationships, which places equal value on every member of the school community and which strives toward high standards in every aspect of school life.
The scheme of work for Religious Education is planned over a two year cycle. Our teaching and learning follow the Cambridgeshire Agreed Syllabus.
Parents have the right to withdraw their children from RE and Collective Worship. The Headteacher must be notified of the request in writing and alternative arrangements will be made for your child.
