At the end of Year 6, our children move on to a wide variety of secondary schools, usually in the local area, but in particular to Comberton Village College. 

St Bede's Inter-Church School in Cambridge has also been the choice of several Barton parents in recent years. This is an ecumenical school and in order for a child to gain a place, there must be strong family links with a local church.

In the Autumn Term of Year 6, parents will receive full details from the Local Authority of all the secondary schools that are available. Secondary schools hold open days or information evenings in October, and we would strongly encourage our parents to attend these in order to make an informed choice before the application deadline of 31st October.
