We aim to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe and comfortable expressing themselves.
We also place great value on parent-teacher communication, and are keen to establish clear communication channels to share information and collaborate on support. Parent Consultations are held in the Autumn and Spring Terms (see the Parent Meetings page for more information), but we have an open-door policy and encourage parents to contact us at any time to discuss any issues that may be affecting their child's learning.

We use ParentMail to send out general information, including our weekly Barton Bulletin to parents. A registration link will be sent to parents when their child joins Barton School. For information on how to register, please also view the guide below.
