When job vacancies occur for teaching or support staff, these are advertised through Education Personnel Management and details will be available on the EPM website. To search for vacancies, click on the link and search for our school. 

We currently have 3 vacancies as detailed below:

  • Y3/Y4 Class Teacher maternity cover full-time (job-share also considered) from January 2027 until December 2027 (or on the return of the substantive postholder) with the possibility of extension.
  • 1 x Full-time (job-share also considered) and 1 x Part-time 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work with named children in Year1/Reception, starting with immediate effect.

Teaching Assistants required immediately to work 1:1 with named children in Y1/Reception. Term-time only.

Salary: National Joint Pay Scale: Level 2 point 5/6

Contract type: 1 x part-time, 18.75 hours per week, working on Wed/Thu/Fri term-time only. 1 x full-time postion (job-share also considered).

Reporting to: Class Teacher, SENCO and Headteacher

Responsible for: Supporting a 1:1 child with an EHCP

We are seeking a flexible, motivated TA who is enthusiastic, creative and able to join our small, friendly school. The TA will be supporting a child in Reception/Year 1 with multiple learning needs.

We are looking for TAs who:

  • are committed to raising achievement for all of our pupils
  • are able to build positive relationships with pupils, promoting high self-esteem and independence
  • can adapt their communication style to respond to pupils according to their individual needs
  • can support pupils with their social, emotional and mental health needs, escalating concerns where appropriate
  • promote high standards of behaviour, responding to incidents in line with the school’s behaviour policy and guidelines on physical intervention
  • can work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers
  • will assist with playtime and lunchtime supervision
  • will work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education, Prevent) and our safeguarding and child protection policies
  • will promote the safeguarding of all pupils in the school
